Annual Examen 20/20 LIVE Online Retreat

There's a saying: "Hindsight is 20/20," but looking back at the past can help you gain clarity as you look forward to what's ahead. Join us as we look back over the past year with God using the 5 steps of St. Ignatius' Examen Prayer as a roadmap—in a live online retreat with other companions. Together we will engage in: • Centering prayer and gratitude exercises • Lectio Divina to listen for God • The Examen Prayer to review your year • Lament and imaginative prayer exercises • Discerning next faithful steps • Creating a visual reminder of your word and Scripture for the year And more! The 5.5-hour retreat (not including a 1 hour lunch break) will include live teaching on Zoom and group discussions interspersed with individual reflection times offline. We will NOT just be sitting in a 5+ hour Zoom meeting! 😂 If you prefer, you can purchase the self-directed version of the retreat by clicking the link at the top menu of my website entitled "Examen 20/20." But I promise you...it is worth doing this live with others—and it only happens once a year!
