Service Description

Soul Care Labs are like a spiritual lab. A science lab is a place to experiment, try out, and play with things in the natural world to see what you can learn and takeaway that will help change the world for the better. Soul Care Labs are a place for us to experiment, try out, and play with spiritual things to see what we can learn and takeaway that will not only help change us, but the world, for the better. Each week I highlight a different spiritual practice, give you a little background, and then guide you through the practice. Afterwards, we'll take some time to reflect on our experience of the practice. But then, the rest of the week, I encourage you to take the practice out of the Lab, into the real world—your real life—and to continue trying it out and practicing it on your own. Soul Care Labs run 6 weeks, with the option to renew. Fee includes all 6 sessions; any missed sessions are non-refundable (but can be credited towards future sessions). Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our experience, sessions will not be recorded to ensure participants feel safe enough to share honestly.
